After a high speed building period, the monumental building for 18 student units will be completed just in time. All rooms will be occupied from August, when the new year at the International Tax Center begins.

The student residence is optimally located in the middle of the medieval city centre of Leiden, close to the ITC. Special feature of the renovation is the addition of a roof, that had to fit in the surroundings using the same materials and detailing. In 1930 two houses were united behind one facade. In 2011 this facade was finished with a roof.
