Daylighthouse 2 is published in the Houtblad, together with more interesting architecture in wood (a.o. Snohetta, 24h, Emma). The editor-in-chief describes the house as a cube of light. Four years ago Daylighthouse 1 was published in the same magazine. Time flies. Publication

Because of the particular and multiple applications of wood in the Daylighthouse, magazine Houtblad decided to allocate five pages for a publication about the project. The Houtblad didn`t just focus on the wood. Also other aspects of the house are described and photographed. The title of the publication is “living along long lines”. Publication

The editors of ArchitectuurNL planned a visit to Almere, to look for interesting new buildings to publish. They picked Daylighthouse as an interesting project for their july edition. Mirck Architecture showed them around and the first publication was a fact. Publication
